77baji Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 77baji platform (including the website at https://77baji.onl, any associated mobile interface, and all related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not accept these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease all use of the 77baji platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are supplemented by the 77baji Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and 77baji.

To register and use the 77baji platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of 77baji or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously had a 77baji account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. 77baji reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account restriction or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77baji username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 77baji will never contact you by any means to request your password.

You agree to notify 77baji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised. Until such notification is received, all activity conducted via your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.

77baji is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause.

77baji accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable transaction limits are displayed in the platform's cashier section and may be revised from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous prepaid instruments, or accounts belonging to another person are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative has been approved in writing by 77baji's finance team. 77baji targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within the time frames published in the cashier section, but reserves the right to extend processing time where additional verification is required.

77baji reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). Funds associated with accounts found to be fraudulent, duplicated, or in breach of these Terms may be permanently withheld.

All account balances are denominated in BDT. 77baji does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77baji accepts no responsibility.

From time to time 77baji may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, qualifying bet criteria, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of your agreement with 77baji.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before a withdrawal of associated winnings can be requested.
• 77baji reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, through exploitation of a technical error, or in breach of any applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value, or carried over beyond their stated expiry date.

All bets placed on the 77baji platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are accessible within each product section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.

77baji reserves the right to void any bet that:

• Was accepted due to a manifest error in the displayed odds, line, or market description.
• Relates to an event that has been cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or declared void by the relevant governing body.
• Was placed in circumstances suggesting collusion, inside information, or any form of match manipulation.
• Exceeds the applicable single-bet or accumulator stake limits published in the cashier.

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless voided under the provisions above. 77baji is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side that result in missed in-play opportunities.

Casino games, slots, crash games, and live dealer products operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. All return-to-player (RTP) percentages are determined by the respective game providers and are made available within the platform's game information panels.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77baji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether personally or through third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with any aspect of the platform's infrastructure.
• Using the platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal or illegal activity.

• Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months.

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77baji, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the platform caused by factors outside 77baji's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Decisions made by you in connection with bets placed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit 77baji's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

77baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77baji will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Where feasible, 77baji will provide reasonable advance notice of significant changes via the platform's notification system or by email to your registered address.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a material change, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

77baji aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) and to resolve straightforward matters within five business days. Complex disputes may require additional time and may be subject to a formal investigation process, during which 77baji may temporarily restrict relevant account functions.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, you acknowledge that these Terms are governed by the principles of fair play and good faith. Neither party shall initiate legal proceedings without first exhausting the internal complaints process described above.

These Terms & Conditions are written and shall be interpreted exclusively in the English language. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all respects.

Headings and section titles used throughout these Terms are provided for ease of navigation only and shall not affect the interpretation of any provision.
